HOW TO TRANSFORM PARENTING:

Good parenting is the most simple and easy relationship but everyone makes it complicated. As you know that in my previous post ABOUT ME. I have three boys, they are well mannered. I struggled very long time but now I am a good parent. On this post, I  am sharing my experience how to transform your parenting. The easiest ways to transform.

SMILE:

Always make a smile in front of your child, its much better the child see you with smile. The smile has a healing power of every situation. If your child is depressed give him a smile to make him feeling better. Let your smile greet your children at the start of the day, and meet them throughout it.

SPEAK SOFTLY:

Ask in a low voice, its feel comfortable to understand. If you talk in low and soft voice with your children, they feel especial and told you every tiny situation and problems with you easily. whenever you start talking with your child always used kind words.

COMMUNICATION:

Your interaction with your children can help to develop good communication skills. Listen to them without interrupting when you are talking. Used kind words and talk with soft and low voice. Good communication is the best interaction between you and your child, make it easy to them.

ALWAYS SPEAK TRUTH:

Always speak truth to your children, its makes your child develop speaking truth and bonding relation.

UNDERSTAND THEIR EMOTIONS:

understand what they want, why they are angry? why they are yelling? what’re their problems? if you’re not understanding their emotions, they never told you anything.

Once we learned how we could, in fact, train you to be more inspired, decisive and focused in the areas that mattered to us, we were able to accomplish so much more with much less stress and effort. I still struggled with how to transform the parenting into inspired and successful.

But now I have very practical ways to bring myself to be the focus and keep myself motivated to succeed.

what makes a good writer?

SIMPLICITY:

Good writing is like a good teaching, to explain, to make things a little bit clearer and to make sense of structure even if it’s just a little idea descriptions. Good writing is simple but not simplistic, it has logic, structure and good understanding to the reader. The good writer having simple phrases to describe the good things, it has many ideas that are interesting and important for the reader. Remember!

“FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION”

A good writer has correct information about what he/she is writing about. The most important part about a good writer is self and own writing structure, if it’s boring to you it’s boring to your reader.

GOOD LEARNER:

A good writer reads a lot, if you are not a good reader, then you are not a good writer. In my opinion, the writer reads all the time. Make a list of your favorite words, books, places and things, it helps you to write.

COURAGE:

A good writer has courage to just do it. It takes guts to put yourself out in there in front of the world. You can’t learn that. Don’t confuse the reader, pick a title and stick to it. The most important part is, to make a positive writing. Negative writers are like the car wreck. People may peek out of curiosity but don’t want to see that every day. So be positive in your writing.

SELF-DISCIPLINE:

Writing is not for the faint of heart, it requires self-discipline, perseverance, a thick and an artful ability to communicate.

PROOFREAD:

Remember those things most of us learned in the middle school English class? Grammar and spelling will never be more necessary tools than for a writing because your livelihood depends on it. Read many times, double, triple and quadruple for typos and common grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have someone review it for appropriate use of phrases and verbiage. Proofreading is such an easy way to gain entrance to publication.

DON’T FORGET:

You don’t have to be perfect, but more than one error in your opening paragraph will shut the door on your potential writing publication.

How to start the day? 

Many people have problems getting up and energetic first in the morning. Wake up at the same time is difficult in everyday. There are many good habbits to start the day ,studied shows that if you want healthy  and stress free life ,you should change your life style and follow some healthy habbits .your  morning routine is so important.
Here are some healthy habbits.

  • Think positive.

How to think positive?
Train your mind to think positive in every situation. In every morning ask to your self. 

If today were the last day of my life , would I want to do, what I am about to do today.

Work with the first positive thought that came to mind – it is there for a reason. Repeat  same thing while your thinking , if repeat your thoughts , you will definitely find your positive thought. Visualize how you will make your day, with your positive thoughts, u will realize  how beautiful your day is.

  • Drink more water.

How to drink more water?                           Water is a best source of maintained or faster your immuse system, drinking water will helps you get glowing skin and more energy.

Two glass of water after waking up helps to activate internal organs.

One glass of water before going to bed helps to avoid stroke or heart attact.

12 glass of water in a whole day gives you more energy, boost ur immuse system, improved your digestive problems, and helps to avoid  heart attacts, skin problems, and many serious diseases.

  • Wake up early.

How to wake up early in the morning?     Early- risers are more pro-active, set your alarm and get up with this. Healthy breakfast is a great way to give you the energy you need to start the day.

  • Eat planned based food.

Eat protein based food, including beans. Protein gives you strength, eat fruits for desserts, like apple, banana, watermelon and etc. Eat fats including healthy oils, nuts and seeds.                                                   Calcium is a nutrient derived from the soil and is an important nutrient you need to maintained a healthy nervous system, healthy bones pressure levels, strong bones, and teeth. You must be eaten these nutrients in your daily routine .

  1. Protein.
  2. Iron and zinc.
  3. Vitamin B12.
  4. Calcium.
  5. Essential fatty acids.
  • Excercise regularly.

Regular Excercise improves your mood and reduce depression,  stress, anxiety, help keeps you focused and energetic.
We all know its good for us, but did you know that regular excercise makes you smarter? Yes it is. It’s gives you the ability to focus on your thoughts.

  • Go to bed early.

If you constantly have problems getting high-quality sleep, start by cutting out caffeine,  eating foods that enhanced sleep, blocking out noise and light and shutting off electronics an hour before bed.                              Keep the routine simple and only focused on the habits that start your day on the right foot. Early bed is good for your health and daily routine.

Facts of life

TV is running your life:

May be title is a little over top. It’s easy to say that life is about balance. If you take too much is bad but a little is okay.

For example :

A little cold soda is okay,but more is bad

So there is a question,

Is a little tv okay?

Yes or Not, is all up to you. The problem is that what we think is a “little bit”, is actually  too much.

I know that’s  happened  in my life ,looking back , I can see that I have watched TV a lot over the year.

What has it gotten me ? Nothing! 
May be a little education and +1 knowledge, but mostly wasted.

But there were certainly lots of other things that i could have been doing, like sitting and thinking and enjoying the present experience of life, reading books and enjoying much more time with your loved ones.

My believe, TV is an addiction. The more we learn about the addiction of TV does to us ,the scary it is to realize that it’s very harm and dangerous.

IN EDUCATION: 

Losing focus, more time with distraction like TV, Smartphones and Computers lead to worse perform in education.

The reason appears to be that screen time , including television, make us lose our ability to focus on something.

The study finds that those with the ability to focus on something for a longer period of time are better at performing various task.

TV ruins are relationship: 

Tv runes your relationship

          Studies are found that there are risk with watching TV with your partner. There are so many things that can damage your relationship.

  • Over time ,
  • His/Her friend,
  • His/Her personality,
  • His/Her weird dressing that shows to much body parts,
  • And now there’s one more ! TELEVISION.

Television ruins our relationship.

EFFECTS ON BABIES AND TODDLER: 

            Good evidence suggests that screen viewing before age 18 has negative effect on children’s language development, reading skills and short term memory. It’s also a bad with sleep and attention. Loss of concentration.

EFFECTS ON EYES:

Too much watching TV bad for your child’s eyes, and watching too closely will damage your eyes. It may make your eyes tired or give a headache.

Conclusion :

           According to our results, watching less TV is good and more is bad for health, life and relationship. So don’t waste your time , give more time to your love ones.

Dangerous drink:

soft drinks is the most popular and regularly used drink in our society. Especially youngsters liked  it so much in every day life.

Regular consumption of these soft drinks can lead you to high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. Regular consumption of these soft drinks can causes to plague to built up in teeth ,can lead ur teeth to cavity and gum diseases.

In some cases  regular consumption of soft drinks ,irritates your stomach and disgestive system. Here is a video .


Try not to rely on soft drinks in regular basis for nourishment. Fruit juices and smoothies that contain more protein .
Improve ur nutritions and don’t rely on these dangerous soft drinks. Life is beautiful , live it not waste it.

she is a first beauty of kpk in Pakistan,who defused the bomb. She is  a brave female, joint the police force as castable. 29 year old rafia joined  the police force seven years ago.

She was the first female in kpk who joint the bomb disposal unit. She is belong to high educated family, she had a master degree of economic and international relation.  Since she was highly qualified, she received  so many jobs proposal  in companies , but she refuses all .

She believes that the police force is more then just a profession, as it’s  passion for those who have courage for serve their country land.

Rafia is not afraid to lose her life for their country land .

If kpk’s women are so passionate and daring over their country, imagin what courage and passion of male soldier possess. It’s a master of proud for our country..
